Smart tool for working with Czech cadastral real estate data
Maplo.cz (formerly Katastr CRM) is a SaaS tool for working with Czech cadastral data. Between 2022–2024, we provided complete development for this project — from the first version of the app through the Chrome extension to ČÚZK remote access integration. Since 2024, the product is no longer under our management and we are not responsible for its current state and operation.
Working with cadastral data in the Czech Republic has always been tedious and frustrating. Users had to manually copy data from the nahlizenidokn.cuzk.cz website — each property meant dozens of clicks and retyping. Plus constant captcha filling with every search.
Real estate agents, developers and investors spent hours daily on repetitive manual work. There was no tool on the market that would solve these problems. People wrote property information in Excel or on paper, with no way to effectively filter or share it.
We created a complete CRM system for working with cadastral data — from a Chrome extension for data collection to features for bulk contacting property owners.
The key to the product is the Chrome extension that runs directly on the cadastral office website. The user browses the cadastral map as usual, but with one click saves the property to their database including all details.
For advanced users, we integrated direct connection to the cadastral remote access. No captcha, no repeated logins — data is downloaded automatically.
We also integrated a service for sending physical letters. The user selects properties, writes the letter text and the system handles printing, enveloping and sending via Czech Post.
